In 1969, the decorated Second World War hero, pilot and flying ace Johnnie Johnson set up Johnnie Johnson Housing LTD. Johnnie set up JJH with the intention of providing affordable homes and great services for their residents. Lessons learned from a new way of working during the pandemic created an opportunity for the Head Office team at JJH to move into a new building and change from a traditional to an agile way of working, creating spaces to support their newly learned working practices.
